A 5.2 earthquake hit the Philippines on Friday, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS). The quake struck at around 10:40 p.m. local time, hitting Abra de Ilog, Occidental Mindoro, at a depth of 111 kilometers, or about 69 miles.
