Typhoon Sanba attacked Primorye on the night of September, 18 while incessant rains have flooded the South part of the region - Vladivostok, Nakhodka and Partizansk. Almost a month's worth of precipitation has been registered here during the last days.

VLADIVOSTOK, Sept. 18 (Xinhua) -- Over 10 streets were flooded in Vladivostok late Monday as typhoon Sanba brought heavy rains to the Russian Far-Eastern city. More than 100 mm of rain has pounded the city overnight Monday, the highest level this year, according to experts. The rainfall flooded the streets and caused serious traffic problems.
