Velik dio Hrvatske u srijedu je pogodilo veoma snažno nevrijeme praćeno obilnim pljuskovima, snažnim vjetrom, a ponegdje i gradom veličine oraha. Grad je pogodio Veliku Goricu, Sisak i dio Zagreba. Na Cresu je dolo do gotovo biblijskog potopa, a zbog snažnog vjetra more se počelo prelijevati na kopno, javljaju hrvatski mediji.

I sidste uge oplyste politiet, at man formoder, at de alle fire er omkommet. De blev skyllet i vandet, da et stenskred skabte en flodbølge i Karratfjorden i Vestgrønland så voldsom, at 11 huse i bygden blev skyllet ud i fjorden. Ifølge Arktisk Kommando målte det område af sten og grus, der skred ned i fjorden, cirka 1100 meter gange 300 meter.

Myndighederne har indstillet eftersøgningen af de fire personer, der forsvandt i forbindelse med oversvømmelsen af bygden Nuugaatsiaq 17. juni, og som formodes omkommet. To bygder er stadig evakueret af frygt for nye fjeldskred og oversvømmelser i området.
