The typhoon season's first storm has killed two people in southern Vietnam, say authorities.
Typhoon causes heavy downpour, sinks boats in south central Vietnam 4/2/2012 9:23:00 AM.

At least three boats have sunk during torrential rains generated by the Pakhar typhoon as it moves closer to the shore and threatens coastal localities including Ho Chi Minh City, local reports say.
