Baja California State, Mexico, January 2023Local government authorities in Tijuana and the state of Baja California, Mexico, reported heavy rain caused flooding and landslides in the city of Tijuana and surrounding areas on 16 January 2023. Two people died and two were rescued after a landslide in the Tejamen neighbourhood. Two people were rescued from a landslide in the Campos neighbourhood. Schools were suspended.
