Japans Regierung kehrt in kleinen Schritten zur Atomkraft zurück. In dieser Woche soll ein zweiter Reaktor wieder ans Netz gehen - gut ein Jahr nach der Katastrophe von Fukushima. Doch in der Bevölkerung regt sich Protest. Rund 200.000 Menschen gingen in Tokio gegen das Vorhaben auf die Straße.
