Kerala, August 2020Days of heavy rainfall caused flooding and landslides in Kerala, southern India, from 07 August 2020. A landslide in Rajamala, near Munnar in Idukki District, buried houses of tea plantation workers. As of 10 August, 49 people had died. The heavy rainfall also caused rivers to rise.
