San Luis, Antioquia, Colombia, December 2020A landslide occurred along the road between Bogota and Medellin, near the village of El Silencio in San Luis Municipality, Antioquia, Colombia on 12 December. Antioquia disaster authority DAGRAN reported 2 fatalities, 6 injured, 6 houses destroyed and 30 evacuated. Local media reported the landslide was caused by days of heavy rainfall in the area. This could not be verified by IDEAM rainfall figures for the hydrological station on the Samana Norte river at nearby La Garrucha, which showed little more than 3-4 mm of rain each day from 07 to 13 December 2020.Fri 11 Dec 2020FloodList provided by Copernicus GLOFAS
