I. Situation Overview. 11 October 2017. At 10:00 PM, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) Northeast of Borongon City, Eastern Samar has developed into a Tropical Depression and was named "ODETTE". It has maximum sustained winds of 45kph near the center and gustiness of up to 60 kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 26kph.
