Tropical Storm Fabio is weakening as it heads north in the Pacific. The storm's maximum sustained winds early Tuesday have decreased to near 50 mph (85 kph) with additional weakening forecast. In the meantime, the U.S. National Hurricane Center says swells generated by Fabio are spreading northward....
