Discussion and outlook

At 700 AM CHST...2100 UTC...the center of Tropical Storm Sanba was

located near Latitude 7.5 North and Longitude 132.5 East. Tropical

Storm Sanba is moving toward the west at 13 mph. It is expected to

continue in this direction with little change in forward speed

through Tuesday night.



Maximum sustained wind remains at 40 mph. Tropical Storm Sanba is

forecast to slowly intensify through Tuesday. Tropical storm force

winds extend outward up to 75 miles north of the center and up to

45 miles south of the center.
