      <title>Madagascar, Seychelles, Mauritius - Tropical Cyclone FANTALA</title>

		&lt;ul&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;TC FANTALA continued moving south-east over the western Indian Ocean, slightly intensifying. On 20 April at 18.00 UTC its centre was located approx. 300 km south-west of the Agalega islands (Mauritius) and 490 km north-east of Madagascar and it had max. sustained wind speed of 194 km/h.&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;According to local media, most of the buildings on the Farquhar
    islands (Outer islands, Seychelles) have been destroyed, as of 21 April
    early morning (UTC).&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Over the next 48 h it is forecast to move south-east and then turn north-west again and move towards northern Madagascar, remain still an intense Tropical Cyclone. Heavy rain and strong winds are expected to affect the northern areas of Madagascar.&lt;/li&gt;
