On 11 January at 00.00 UTC its centre was located over the sea approx. 140 km north-west of the city of Broome (Dampier Peninsula, north-western Australia) with a maximum sustained winds of 74 km/h (Tropical Storm).</li> <li>Over the next 24 hours it is forecast to continue moving southwestward, along the coast of north-western areas of Western Australia State, strengthening.
