      <title>Philippines, China, Vietnam - Tropical Cyclone MANGKHUT UPDATE</title>

    &lt;li&gt;   Tropical Cyclone MANGKHUT, as of 17 September, has dissipated inland over southern China.&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;National authorities reported, as of 18 September at 7.30 UTC, 8 deaths, 21 people injured, 2 people missing, 245 775 people evacuated (of which 196 0932 people inside 1 911 evacuation centres), 665 806 people affected across 344 municipalities, 879 houses damaged, 215 roads and five bridges damaged.&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;In China, according to media, as of 18 September, four people were reported dead in Guangdong Province.&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;A new activation of the Copernicus Emergency Management Service regarding the damages in the Philippines was issued (EMSR312) on 14 September  and delineation maps on six areas as well as grading maps (with damages informations) on three areas were produced so far.&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Over the next 24 hours, localised heavy rain and strong winds could still affect northern L&amp;ccedil;uzon (Philippines), south-western China, the Hainan Island (China) and north-eastern Vietnam.&lt;/li&gt;

      <title>Philippines, Taiwan, China - Tropical cyclone MANGKHUT update</title>
      <description>
		&lt;ul&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Tropical cyclone MANGKHUT continued moving north-west over the Philippine Sea, slightly strengthening. On 14 September at 0.00 UTC, its centre was located approximately 545 km south-east of Cagayan Province (northern Luzon, Philippines), with maximum sustained winds of 278 km/h (intense typhoon).&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Over the next 24 hours, it is forecast to continue moving north-west, slightly weakening but remaining an intense typhoon. It is forecast to make landfall in southern Cagayan Province on 14 September in the evening (UTC) as an intense typhoon before reaching southern Guangdong Province, Hong Kong and Macau (China) on 16 September. MANGKHUT may reach north-east Vietnam over 17-18 September as a typhoon. Heavy rain, storm surge and strong winds will affect the area.&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;As of 14 September, a tropical cyclone warning signal (TCWS) number 3 for stormy weather is in effect for the Isabela-Cagayan area (north-east Luzon).&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Copernicus Emergency Management Service (EMS) was activated for Guam and Northern Mariana Islands.&lt;/li&gt;

      <title>Philippines, Taiwan, Guam, The Northern Mariana Islands, China - Tropical cyclones MANGKHUT and BARIJAT</title>

		&lt;ul&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Tropical cyclone MANGKHUT, continued west over the Philippine Sea. On 11 September at 0.00 UTC its centre was approximately 2 100 km south-east of Babuyan Island (northern Philippines), with maximum sustained winds of 220 km/h (intense typhoon). &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;It is forecast to continue west-north-west, strengthening before possibly reaching northern Luzon and the Babuyan Islands (Philippines) on 14-15 September as an intense typhoon.
    Heavy rain, storm surge and strong winds could affect the northern Philippines and southern Taiwan.&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;The Copernicus Emergency Management Service (EMSR310) was activated on 10 September at 2.56 UTC for Guam and The Northern Mariana Islands.&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;As of 11 September at 7.30 UTC, several power outages were reported on Guam Island.&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Meanwhile, tropical cyclone BARIJAT (NENENG in the Philippines) continued west over the South China Sea as a tropical storm. On 11 September at 0.00 UTC its centre was located approximately 480 km south-east of Hong Kong (China) and 800 km east of Hainan Island, with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h. Heavy rain and strong winds are currently affecting southern Taiwan and Batanes Islands and northern Luzon (Philippines).&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Over the next 24 hours, it is forecast to slightly strengthen as it moves west toward Hainan Island and southern Guangdong Province. Heavy rain and strong winds could affect these areas over 11-13 September. &lt;/li&gt;
