Belize, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico - Tropical Cyclone NANA update

Tropical Cyclone NANA is moving west over the Caribbean Sea, towards the coast of Belize. On 3 September at 3.00 UTC, its centre was located over the sea approximately 80 km east of Daringa city (central-coastal Belize), and approximately 90 km south-east of Belize City, with maximum sustained winds of 120 km/h (Category 1 Hurricane).
NANA is expected to downgrade to a tropical storm, as it makes landfall over the central coast of Belize, southern of Daringa City in the morning of 3 September, with maximum sustained winds up to 93 km/h.
NANA is also expected to produce rainfall accumulations of 2 to 4 inches across northern Honduras, Belize, and the southeast portion of the Mexican state of Quintana Roo.
A Hurricane warning is in effect for coastal Belize, from Belize city to the Belize-Guatemala border, while a tropical storm watch is in effect for for eastern coast of Mexico and southern Yucatan Peninsula, for the eastern coast of Guatemala, and for northern Honduras, including Roatan Island and the Bay Islands.
