      <description>Tropical Storm Priscilla formed on the morning of Oct. 14, 2013. The very next day, Priscilla weakened to a tropical depression. By late on Oct. 16, 2013, the National Hurricane Center declared that the system had become a remnant low. Priscilla stayed out in the open eastern Pacific Ocean and never threatened land.</description>
