      <description>HEAVY downpours continue to pound various parts of the country; ravaging infrastructure, rendering hundreds of people homeless and claiming some lives. The coastal regions, Dar es Salaam in particular, seem to be the most affected, with at least 12 people reportedly dead so far. Other affected regions are Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Tanga and Kagera.</description>
