Das Wiederanfahren des Reaktors in der südwestlichen Provinz Kagoshima sei ein "erster Schritt", sagte der Chef des japanischen Unternehmerverbandes, Yoshimitsu Kobayashi. Als Konsequenz aus der Katastrophe in Fukushima vom 11. März 2011 standen seit rund zwei Jahren alle 48 Reaktoren in Japan still.
