Initial investigation revealed that an Arctic Cat 500cc ATV was being operated northbound on Southgate Sideroad 47 south of Southgate Rd. 10. The ATV left the roadway, entered the east ditch and collided into a tree. The lone driver was ejected. He was not wearing a helmet.
