SAN JUAN (AP) — More than 2,000 people in shelters. Nearly one million without power. Hundreds of thousands without water. The aftermath of a 6.4-magnitude earthquake that killed one person, injured nine others and severely damaged infrastructure in Puerto Rico’s southwest coast is deepening as the island’s government says it is overwhelmed.

Yakarta, (RHC) Dos sismos en un día y otro el anterior, desastrosas inundaciones y un amenazador volcán, mantienen una alerta sin precedente en Indonesia. Following a 6.4 magnitude earthquake earlier this week, a government official said that major provider of electricity in Puerto Rico could be down for "over a year." The operations manager at the Costa Sur Power Plant told that "Most of the structure (of the power plant) is compromised.
