La terre a grondé à La Réunion. Dans la soirée du lundi 21 septembre, aux alentours de 21h, une forte secousse a été ressentie aux quatre coins de l'île. Sur Twitter , l'Observatoire volcanologique du Piton de la Fournaise a fait état d'un séisme d'une magnitude « mesurée à 4,4 sur l'échelle de Richter ».

Ce lundi aux alentours de 21 heures, La Réunion a tremblé ! Un tremblement de terre ressenti aux quatre coins de l'île, que ce soit sur le littoral comme dans les hauts. La secousse a tiré de nombreux Réunionnais de leur torpeur. Les meubles ont bougé, les murs ont tremblé, pour certains, les portes des placards ont claqué.

Selon l’Observatoire Volcanologique Piton de la Fournaise (OVPF), un séisme a été ressenti à La Réunion aux alentours de 21h00 ce lundi 21 septembre. Ce séisme a été enregistré sur l’ensemble du réseau de sismomètres de l’OVPF. Le séisme a pu être localisé à 27 km sous le niveau de la mer, à 22 km au nord-ouest de Saint Denis.
