was located near Latitude 12.5 North and Longitude 136.1 East.

Tropical Depression 03W is moving toward the west at 12 mph. It

is expected to make a slight turn toward the west-northwest with

a decrease in forward speed over the next 24 hours.



Maximum sustained winds are now 30 mph. Tropical Depression 03W

is forecast to maintain this intensity through tonight.
