At 100 AM CHST...1500 UTC...the center of Tropical Storm Talim

was located near Latitude 17.1 North and Longitude 137.5 East.

Tropical Storm Talim is moving toward the west-northwest at 13 mph.

It is expected to maintain this west-northwest track with little

change in speed for the next few days.



Maximum sustained winds remain at 45 mph. Tropical Storm Talim is

forecast to intensify over the next couple of days.



Tropical storm force winds extend out up to 110 miles in the

eastern semicircle and up to 85 miles in the western semicircle.
