At 0000 UTC a Tropical Low was centred within 20 nautical miles of
 latitude fifteen decimal seven south (15.7S)
 longitude one hundred and forty eight decimal nine east (148.9E)
Recent movement : southwest at 11 knots
Maximum winds   : 30 knots
Central pressure: 999 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 70 nautical miles of centre in NE and SE quadrants.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 30 knots near the centre increasing to 35 knots by 1200 UTC 05
March.

Winds above 35 knots within 70 nautical miles in NE quadrant
  and within 70 nautical miles in SE quadrant with very rough seas and moderate
swell.
