At 1800 UTC a Tropical Low was centred within 25 nautical miles of
 latitude sixteen decimal one south (16.1S)
 longitude one hundred and forty six decimal four east (146.4E)

Maximum winds   : 35 knots
Central pressure: 992 hPa

Within 80 nautical miles of centre in NE quadrant and 60 nautical miles in the
SE quadrant.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 35 knots near the centre decreasing to 30 knots by 0600 UTC 06
March.

Winds above 35 knots within 80 nautical miles in NE quadrant
  and within 60 nautical miles in SE quadrant until 0600 UTC 06 March, with
very rough seas and moderate swell.
