STORM FORCE WIND WARNING

Please be aware, wind gusts can be a further 40 percent stronger than the

SITUATION
At 0600 UTC a Tropical Low was centred within 30 nautical miles of
 latitude fifteen decimal five south (15.5S)
 longitude ninety nine decimal two east (99.2E)
Recent movement : west at 10 knots
Maximum winds   : 35 knots
Central pressure: 997 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 70 nautical miles in NE quadrant
  and within 140 nautical miles in SE quadrant
  and within 140 nautical miles in SW quadrant
  and within 70 nautical miles in NW quadrant.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 35 knots near the centre increasing to 50 knots by 0600 UTC 03
February.

Winds above 34 knots within 60 nautical miles in NW quadrant
  and within 80 nautical miles in SW quadrant with rough seas and moderate.

From 1800 UTC 2 February winds above 34 knots within 50 nautical miles in NE
quadrant
  and within 140 nautical miles in SE quadrant
  and within 120 nautical miles in SW quadrant
  and within 50 nautical miles in NW quadrant with very rough seas and moderate
swell.

From 0600 UTC 3 February winds above 48 knots within 40 nautical miles in SE
quadrant
  and within 40 nautical miles in SW quadrant with very rough seas and moderate
swell.
