STORM FORCE WIND WARNING

Please be aware, wind gusts can be a further 40 percent stronger than the

SITUATION
At 0600 UTC Tropical Cyclone Vince was centred within 20 nautical miles of
 latitude sixteen decimal six south (16.6S)
 longitude ninety five decimal zero east (95.0E)
Recent movement : west southwest at 12 knots
Maximum winds   : 50 knots
Central pressure: 989 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 60 nautical miles in NE quadrant
  and within 140 nautical miles in SE quadrant
  and within 140 nautical miles in SW quadrant
  and within 80 nautical miles in NW quadrant.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 50 knots near the centre increasing to 60 knots by 0600 UTC 04
February.

Winds above 34 knots within 100 nautical miles in SE quadrant, increasing to
140 nautical miles by 0600 UTC 4 February
  and within 100 nautical miles in SW quadrant, increasing to 140 nautical
miles by 0600 UTC 4 February
  and within 60 nautical miles in NE quadrant,

 with rough seas and moderate swell.
