At 0600 UTC Tropical Low was centred within 30 nautical miles of
 latitude twelve decimal five south (12.5S)
 longitude one hundred and eight decimal two east (108.2E)
Recent movement : west at 6 knots
Maximum winds   : 35 knots
Central pressure: 997 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 80 nautical miles in NW quadrant.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 35 knots near the centre.

Winds above 34 knots within 80 nautical miles in NW quadrant 
      extending to also be within 50 nautical miles in the SW quadrant from
0000 UTC 20 December with rough seas and moderate swell.
