SITUATION
At 0600 UTC Tropical Low was centred within 30 nautical miles of
 latitude twelve decimal six south (12.6S)
 longitude one hundred and six decimal nine east (106.9E)
Recent movement : west southwest at 6 knots
Maximum winds   : 30 knots
Central pressure: 1001 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 60 nautical miles in SW quadrant
  and within 50 nautical miles in NW quadrant.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 30 knots near the centre.

Winds above 34 knots within 50 nautical miles in NW quadrant
      and within 60 nautical miles in the SW quadrant developing around 0000
UTC 21 December with rough seas and moderate swell.
