SITUATION
At 1200 UTC Tropical Low was centred within 30 nautical miles of
 latitude twelve decimal seven south (12.7S)
 longitude one hundred and six decimal three east (106.3E)
Recent movement : west at 6 knots
Maximum winds   : 30 knots
Central pressure: 999 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 60 nautical miles in SW quadrant
  and within 50 nautical miles in NW quadrant.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 30 knots near the centre increasing to 35 knots by 0000 UTC 21
December.

From 1800 UTC 20 December winds above 34 knots within 50 nautical miles in NW
quadrant 
      extending within 60 nautical miles in the SW quadrant from 0000 UTC 21
December with rough seas and moderate swell.
