GALE WARNING

Please be aware, wind gusts can be a further 40 percent stronger than the
averages given here, and maximum waves may be up to twice the height.

SITUATION
At 0600 UTC a Tropical Low was centred within 15 nautical miles of
 latitude eleven decimal eight south (11.8S)
 longitude one hundred and seven decimal seven east (107.7E)
Recent movement : east southeast at 8 knots
Maximum winds   : 25 knots
Central pressure: 1003 hPa
The low is expected to develop into a tropical cyclone in the next 24 hours.

AREA AFFECTED
Within 70 nautical miles of the centre.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 25 knots near the centre increasing to 40 knots by 0000 UTC 04
March.

Winds above 34 knots within 70 nautical miles in northern quadrants and the
southeast quadrant by 1800 UTC 03 March with rough seas and moderate swell.

Forecast positions
At 1800 UTC 03 March: Within 35 nautical miles of 11.7 south 109.1 east
                        Central pressure 998 hPa.
                        Winds to 35 knots near centre.
At 0600 UTC 04 March: Within 50 nautical miles of 11.4 south 110.5 east

                        Winds to 40 knots near centre.
