SITUATION
At 1800 UTC Tropical Low was centred within 20 nautical miles of
 latitude eleven decimal three south (11.3S)
 longitude one hundred and eleven decimal four east (111.4E)
Recent movement : east at 13 knots
Maximum winds   : 45 knots
Central pressure: 992 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 80 nautical miles of the centre in the northern quadrants.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 45 knots near the centre easing to 40 knots by 1800 UTC 05
March.

Winds above 34 knots within 80 nautical miles in northern quadrants with rough
seas and moderate swell.
