STORM FORCE WIND WARNING

SITUATION
At 0600 UTC Tropical Cyclone Taliah was centred within 30 nautical miles of
 latitude fifteen decimal eight south (15.8S)
 longitude ninety five decimal six east (95.6E)
Recent movement : west at 7 knots
Maximum winds   : 45 knots
Central pressure: 992 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 100 nautical miles of the centre.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 45 knots near the centre increasing to 55 knots by 0600 UTC 09
February.

Winds above 48 knots within 50 nautical miles of centre from 0000 UTC 09
February with very rough seas and moderate to heavy swell.
  
Winds above 34 knots within 100 nautical miles of centre with rough seas and
moderate swell.
