SITUATION
At 1800 UTC Ex-Tropical Cyclone Taliah was centred within 30 nautical miles of
 latitude fourteen decimal nine south (14.9S)
 longitude ninety three decimal five east (93.5E)
Recent movement : northwest at 4 knots
Maximum winds   : 30 knots
Central pressure: 1002 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 100 nautical miles of the centre.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 30 knots near the centre increasing to 40 knots by 1800 UTC 10
February.

Winds above 34 knots within 90 nautical miles centre in northern quadrants by
0600 UTC 10 February, extending to all quadrants within 100 nautical miles of
centre by 1800 UTC 10 February with rough seas and moderate swell.
