SITUATION At 1800 UTC Tropical Cyclone Taliah was centred within 25 nautical miles of latitude fifteen decimal eight south (15.8S) longitude ninety one decimal three east (91.3E) Recent movement : south southwest at 7 knots Maximum winds : 55 knots Central pressure: 984 hPa AREA AFFECTED Within 150 nautical miles in NE quadrant and within 180 nautical miles in SE quadrant and within 150 nautical miles in SW quadrant and within 90 nautical miles in NW quadrant. FORECAST Maximum winds to 55 knots near the centre increasing to 60 knots by 00 UTC 12 February.
