Bebinca is moving west-northwest at 13 mph. It is expected to make a slight turn toward the northwest with a slight decrease in forward speed through Thursday as it continues to move away from the Marianas. Gusty winds will be slow to decrease due to the monsoon flow east and south of Bebinca. Maximum sustained winds remain at 40 mph. Infrared satellite trends suggest Bebinca becoming better organized and thus intensification is expected over the next few days. Bebinca may possibly become a typhoon Friday, though well northwest of the Marianas. Tropical storm force winds extend outward from the center up to 100 miles to the northeast and up to 30 miles elsewhere.
