DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 700 PM CHST...0900 UTC...the center of Tropical Storm Yinxing
was located near Latitude 13.6 degrees North and Longitude 130.8 
degrees East. Yinxing is moving west-northwest at 21 mph. It is 
expected to make a slight turn toward the northwest with a decrease 
in forward speed through Tuesday.

Maximum sustained winds have increased to 65 mph. Yinxing is
forecast to intensify through Tuesday night, possibly becoming a
typhoon early Tuesday morning.

Tropical storm force winds extend outward from the center up to
105 miles to the northeast and up to 70 miles elsewhere.
