was located near Latitude 10.0 degrees North and Longitude
137.6 degrees East. 31W is moving west-northwest at 12 mph. It is
expected to maintain this general course and speed through
Sunday.

Maximum sustained winds are 30 mph. 31W is forecast to intensify
through Sunday possibly becoming a tropical storm.
