CHANGES WITH THIS ADVISORY -------------------------- None. WATCHES AND WARNINGS -------------------- A Tropical Storm Warning remains in effect for Chuuk, Fananu, Ulul, and Polowat in Chuuk State. A Tropical Storm Warning means that tropical storm conditions, including damaging winds of 39 to 73 mph, are occurring. A Typhoon Watch remains in effect for Ulul in Chuuk State. A Typhoon Watch means that typhoon conditions, including winds of 74 mph or greater, are possible within 48 hours. A Tropical Storm Watch means that tropical storm conditions, including damaging winds of 39 to 73 mph, are possible within the next 48 hours. Sinlaku is moving west-southwest at 3 mph. It is expected to make a turn toward the northwest with a slight decrease in forward speed through Saturday, then increase by Sunday. Maximum sustained winds remain at 45 mph. Sinlaku is forecast to intensify for the next several days, possibly becoming a typhoon Saturday evening. Tropical storm force winds extend outward from the center up to 140 miles to the north and up to 80 miles to the south.
