Sinlaku is moving northeast at 7 mph. It is expected to make a slight turn toward the north- northeast with a slight increase in forward speed through Saturday. Typhoon force winds have moved north of Agrihan, although tropical storm force conditions remain through Saturday morning. Alamagan and Pagan are expected to see tropical storm force conditions overnight into Saturday morning. Alamagan is expected to see tropical storm force conditions through late this evening or overnight and Pagan is expected to see tropical storm force conditions overnight or early Saturday morning. Maximum sustained winds remain at 90 mph. Sinlaku is forecast to continue to weaken over the next couple of days, possibly becoming extratropical Sunday. Typhoon force winds extend outward from the center up to 85 miles. Tropical storm force winds extend outward from the center up to 270 miles to the northeast and up to 235 miles elsewhere.
