DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 100 PM CHST...0300 UTC...the center of Typhoon Sinlaku was 
located near Latitude 22.8 degrees North and Longitude 146.7 
degrees East. Sinlaku is moving north at 10 mph. It is expected to
make a turn toward the northeast with an increase in forward 
speed through Sunday. Although Sinlaku has continued to weaken and
move away from the far northern Marianas, and sustained tropical 
storm force winds have ended at Agrihan, tropical storm force 
gusts will remain possible near any showers at Agrihan through 
this evening.

Maximum sustained winds have decreased to 75 mph. Sinlaku is
forecast to weaken through tonight.

Typhoon force winds extend outward from the center up to
80 miles. Tropical storm force winds extend outward from the
center up to 270 miles.
