DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 100 PM CHST...0300 UTC...the center of Tropical Depression
Hagupit was located near Latitude 10.4 degrees North and
Longitude 132.9 degrees East. Hagupit is moving northwest at
10 mph. It is expected to make a slight turn toward the west-
northwest with a slight decrease in forward speed through Monday.

Maximum sustained winds remain at 35 mph. Hagupit is forecast to
maintain this intensity through tonight.
