At 700 PM CHST...0900 UTC...the center of Tropical Depression
Hagupit was located near Latitude 10.2 degrees North and
Longitude 131.6 degrees East. Hagupit is moving west at 13 mph.
It is expected to make a slight turn toward the west-northwest
with a decrease in forward speed through Monday.

Maximum sustained winds have decreased to 30 mph. Hagupit is
forecast to maintain this intensity through Monday.
