Present movement...northwest...320 degrees at 6 mph

DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 200 PM CHST...0400 UTC...the center of Tropical Depression
Kong-rey was located by radar near Latitude 14.2 degrees North and
Longitude 144.8 degrees East. Kong-rey is moving northwest at 6 mph.
It is expected to make a slight turn toward the west-northwest
with an increase in forward speed through Saturday.

Maximum sustained winds are 30 mph. Kong-rey is forecast to slowly
intensify through Sunday, but will not become a tropical storm until
it is well west of the Marianas.
