At 700 AM CHST...2100 UTC...the center of Tropical Storm Kong-rey
was located near latitude 16.7 degrees north and longitude
130.2 degrees east. Kong-rey is moving west-northwest at 8 mph.
It is expected to maintain this general course and speed through
Tuesday.

Maximum sustained winds have increased to 60 mph. Kong-rey is
forecast to intensify through tonight.

Tropical storm force winds extend outward from the center up to
265 miles to the northwest and up to 205 miles elsewhere.
