For locations south of the center of 14W, stronger winds will be westerly, becoming southwesterly. ...Coastal inundation and surf information... Surf will quickly build to hazardous levels this evening along east facing reefs, then increase along south facing reefs early Wednesday morning. Surf could reach dangerous levels of 12 to 17 before finally subsiding beginning late Wednesday. Massive surf will lead to increased shoreline erosion as well as the potential for 1 to 2 feet of coastal inundation. ...Inland flooding... A Flood Watch remains in effect for the entire area. Heavy rain will move begin to move into the Marianas tonight and persist into late Wednesday.
