A Tropical Storm Watch has been issued for Yap, and Ulithi in Yap 
State.

.STORM INFORMATION...
At 100 PM CHST...0300 UTC...the center of Tropical Depression Nuri 
was located near Latitude 10.4 degrees North and Longitude 136.9 
degrees East. Nuri is moving southwest at 12 mph. However, the 
latest visible satellite imagery shows the circulation has become 
quasi-stationary. It is expected to make a turn toward the 
east-northeast with a decrease in forward speed through Thursday.
