At 10 AM ChST...the center of Tropical Storm Sinlaku (04W) was located near latitude 8.5N...longitude 151.5E. This was about 570 miles southeast of Guam. The system has been nearly stationary. It is expected to make a turn toward the north-northwest with an increase in forward speed through Sunday as it treks toward the Marianas. Maximum sustained winds remain at 70 mph.
