None. .AREAS AFFECTED... This local statement provides information and recommended action for people on Agrihan in the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas. .WATCHES/WARNINGS... A Typhoon Warning remains in effect for Agrihan in the CNMI. .STORM INFORMATION... At 700 AM CHST...2100 UTC...the center of Typhoon Sinlaku was located near Latitude 21.8 degrees North and Longitude 146.7 degrees East. Sinlaku is moving northeast at 7 mph. It is expected to maintain this general course with an increase in forward speed through Sunday. .SITUATION OVERVIEW... The latest forecast track and intensity, and overnight satellite scatterometry keep Agrihan on the very outer edge of tropical storm conditions, but a combination of Sinlaku weakening and moving away should allow for sustained winds of 39 mph or greater to end within the next hour or two. Maximum sustained winds have decreased to 80 mph. Sinlaku is forecasted to continue to weaken over the next couple of days, possibly becoming extratropical Sunday. .PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... West tropical storm force winds of 35 to 45 mph with gusts to 55 mph are diminishing as Sinlaku moves northeast. Winds will decrease to 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 45 mph later this morning. Winds will continue to decrease as Sinlaku moves farther northeast. .COASTAL INUNDATION AND SURF INFORMATION... Seas of 10 to 20 feet will be possible, with dangerous surf, significant coastal inundation and beach erosion. Inundation of 3 to 5 feet is possible, especially along south, west, and north facing shorelines. .OTHER STORM EFFECTS...
