A Tropical Storm Warning has been issued for Faraulep in Yap State.
A Tropical Storm Watch has been issued for Woleai and Satawal in Yap
State.

.AREAS AFFECTED...
This local statement provides information and recommended action
for people on Faraulep, Woleai and Satawal in Yap State.

.WATCHES/WARNINGS...
A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for Faraulep in Yap State.
A Tropical Storm Watch is in effect for Woleai and Satawal in Yap
State.

A Tropical Storm Warning means that tropical storm conditions, 
including damaging winds of 39 to 73 mph, are expected within the
next 24 hours. 
A Tropical Storm Watch means that tropical storm conditions are 
possible within the next 48 hours.

.STORM INFORMATION...
At 10 AM ChST, the center of Tropical Depression 05W was located 
near Latitude 7.2N, Longitude 147.8E. This was about 20 miles 
southwest of Satawal, 185 miles east-southeast of Faraulep, and 200 
miles east of Woleai in Yap State. Storm motion was west at 8 mph. 
Storm intensity was 35 mph.
